Order Cancellation
It is possible to cancel orders placed and processed through the website from your user account within the same day before the order is shipped.
Delivery & Returns
- Once the mango is ready for delivery, no return or refund will be provided.
- Delivery will be completed within 3-7 days according to the estimated delivery time with our delivery partner.
- Ratnagiri Farms will coordinate with the logistics partner and inform you of any delays or delivery issues.
Undelivered Shipments Due to Incorrect Details
If a shipment is undelivered or returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, wrong pincode, or invalid/unreachable mobile number provided at the time of placing the order, no refund will be provided. As mangoes are highly perishable, they cannot be re-shipped or restocked once dispatched. Customers are requested to verify their delivery details carefully before confirming the order.
Damage & Quality Claims
Contact us immediately if the mangoes were damaged, pressed, squeezed, or crushed, or if there was a delay in delivery. Please provide necessary evidence (images or video) so we can take appropriate action.
Rotten/Spongy Mango Compensation Policy
If you receive rotten or completely spongy mangoes from inside, we offer compensation in the form of coupon or replacement under the following conditions:
Note: Any free box of mangoes received as part of a promotional offer (e.g. Buy One Get One or similar) is not eligible for replacement, refund, or compensation under this policy.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Rotten mangoes count must be more than 50% of the total order volume
- Each mango must be at least 50% rotten (internally rotten/spongy) to be counted as a rotten mango for this claim
- Claim Submission:
- Send clear photos and videos showing the rotten/spongy mangoes to support@ratnagirifarms.com
- Alternatively, WhatsApp photos and videos to our customer care number +91 84597 34158
- Photos must show all rotten mangoes together in one image, or provide a video showing each mango clearly
- Time Limit: Photos and videos must be sent within seven days of package delivery
- Compensation: Approved claims will receive either a coupon credit or replacement order as per your preference
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within seven working days of mutual agreement.
- Please allow 4-7 business days for the refund amount to be credited to your account.
